Obituary of Darrell B. Littlefield, Jr.

Darrell B. ‘Tinker’ Littlefield Jr., 74, of Country View Apartments, Adams, died early Thursday morning March 29, 2018 at his home under the care of his family and Hospice of Jefferson County.  At his request, there are no services.  Arrangements are with the Piddock Funeral Home, Adams.

He was born in Watertown, NY on May 5, 1943, son of Darrell B. and Vera (Curtis) Littlefield.  Following his graduation from school, he worked on various farms in the area.  He married Grace O’Neil of Adams on December 1989.  The couple lived on the Zoar Road in Rodman.  Following his retirement from farming, they moved to Country View Apartments in Adams in late 2017.

Surviving besides his wife, are two step daughters, Angela (Patrick) Nolan, Parish, and Tammy Pennock, Theresa; three step grandchildren and one step great grandchild.  

He is predeceased by a sister Phyllis Davis, and brother Bruce Littlefield.

Darrell enjoyed puttering and tinkering , which earned him the nickname of “Tinker”.  He loved the outdoors and especially being in the woods.
