Vincent Joseph Harnas, aged 68, passed away on March 1, 2025, at Crouse Hospital, Syracuse, NY.


Arrangements are with the Piddock Funeral Home Inc, Adams, NY.


Born on February 1, 1957 in Elmira, NY, Vincent dedicated much of his life to his craft as a stone mason, a career that showcased his skill and meticulous attention to detail.


Vincent had a passion for music, particularly playing the guitar, which brought joy not only to him but also to those who had the pleasure of listening. His music often served as a bridge, connecting him with people through melodies and rhythms.


He is survived by his loving family: wife Marie Harnas; son Donnie Harnas and daughter-in-law Stefanie; grandchildren Jaxon and Skyler Harnas, and Owen and Alayna Ligammari; siblings Bill, Brian, Rebecca, and Pamela.


He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Susan Harnas.


Vincent will be remembered for his skilled hands, his musical talent, and his enduring love for his family. His legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew him and through the structures he helped build and the music he played.
