Marilyn B. Richardson, 84, of ARC House on Gaffney Drive in Watertown, NY passed away on Wednesday morning September 10, 2025 where she had been under the care of her family, Hospice of Jefferson County and the ARC staff.  She had lived at ARC (formerly JRC) for many years.

Arrangements are with the Piddock Funeral Home Inc, Adams, NY.

Marilyn was born August 9, 1941 in Adams, NY.  Born to her late parents Frank “Gus” and Nellie (Shaw) Richardson.

She is survived by her sister Pauline Peterson; brothers Garry Richardson and David Richardson; and many nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her sisters Nancy and her husband Dick Lillie, Faith and her husband Don Larmon, brothers Zayne and his wife Carla Richardson, Richard and his wife Barb Richardson.  Also Pauline’s late husband Donald Peterson and Garry’s late wife Barb Richardson.

Marilyn loved music, visiting the zoo and farm animals - especially the cows.  She was a warm and special person. To know her, was to love her.

Her services will be Saturday September 20th at the Piddock Funeral Home in Adams, NY.  A calling hour will be from 1:00-2:00 pm, with the funeral service at 2:00 pm.  Burial will follow in the Maplewood Cemetery, Mannsville, NY.
