Kim Marie (Hosley) Leroux, 61, Lorraine, NY passed away peacefully after a short battle with cancer on May 19, 2026 with her family by her side.

Kim was born in Watertown, NY on July 17, 1964 to Donald and Donna (Conklin) Hosley.  She was a 1982 graduate of South Jefferson Central School.  On August 28, 2004 with a beautiful backyard wedding, she married the love of her life, Bill Leroux.

In the past Kim worked alongside her loving husband at various job sites with Bette & Cring Construction Group.

She loved anything to do with nature.  Her favorite thing was to sit by a campfire and enjoy the company of whoever might stop by.  In the summer months Kim and Bill spent every minute that they could just being outside and enjoying nature, hiking and the lake being two of her favorites.  She loved to sing and dance no matter who was watching, especially if it brought a smile to the faces of those she loved.  Kim had a crazy sense of humor and always had a smile and laugh to share with everyone.  Her nephews and niece referred to her affectionately as “Crazy Aunt Kim” and they will forever cherish their memories of her.

She is survived by her husband Bill Leroux, Lorraine, NY. Stepson Tom Leroux, Watertown, NY.  Her Mr. Kitty that she adored.  Her brothers Mark, Norfolk, VA, Adrian (Kerrie), Rodman, NY and Emery, Adams, NY.  Nephews Logan and Ben

Hosley and niece Monica Campaney.  Step-mother, Marilyn Hosley, Carthage, NY.  Father-in-law and step mother-in-law, Harold and Anita Leroux.  In-laws Rhonda (Jody), Donna (Donnie), Lisa (Tom), Joe (Allison) Gabrielle (Jay), and Alyssa (Jessica).  And friends (sisters) that were by her side for years Wendy P., Amy S., Robin S. and many more close friends that she was more like a sister to than a friend.

She was predeceased by her father  Donald in 2019, her mother  Donna in 2022 and mother-in-law Rose in 1969.

The family wishes to convey a heartfelt thank you to Wendy and Steve Babcock for the amazing help and support given to the family in Kim’s last days.

As per her wishes there will be no calling hours or services.
