In the mid 80"s and early 90's, Rea and I saw a lot of music, traveled the country and camped out in our camper van with two dogs. Rea was a great companion and fellow adventurer. She will be sorely missed by all whom had the great fortune of knowing her. Nyoka and I would like to send our condolences and our thanks to Mike for taking such good care of Rea and for being a great husband to her.

Rea was a mentor to me. She was always willing to share ideas, collaborate, and was a valuable resource to me. Rea had a love of music that brightened her spirit. I will miss Rea and her smile, which will forever have a place in my heart. My deepest condolences to Mike and Rea’s family. Rest In Peace my friend.

I am so sorry for the loss of my friend and colleague. She had such a warm, outgoing personality and was fun to be with. Her technical and intellectual contributions to our Book Club were welcomed by all of us. Rea and I shared the love of movies at the Vine Theater in Livermore and would analyze the movie afterward. I loved working with her - she questioned ambiguous information and made sure technical issues were addressed. I will really miss her.
