I remember Charley as a neighbor in the sixties and seventies.
I think he was a cousin of my good friend at GE, Joe D'Aoust.
Also I think I remember seeing Charley briefly at a joint board meeting of NYFOA and THRIFT in the 90s.
May he rest in peace.
