Obituary of Neil E. Gibbs
HANNIBAL, N.Y. — Neil E. Gibbs, 70, of Hannibal died at his home Monday under the care of his family and hospice. A graveside service will be held in the spring at the Woodside Cemetery, Belleville.
He is survived by his wife Pamela K.; six children; Thomas (Nicole) Gibbs, Tenn., Honnelee Gibbs and companion George Foss, Granby, April (Richard) Robarge, Tenn., Neil H.and Randy Gibbs both of Hannibal and Beth (Charles) Woodworth, Oswego and seven grandchildren. He is also survived three brothers Wayne Gibbs, Ellisburg, Frank Gibbs, Clyde, Paul (Cindy) Gibbs, Adams Center; three sisters Nita (Duane) Petrie, Belleville, Rhonda (Ronald) Furman, Clyde and Terri (Keith) Butler, Waterloo and several nieces and nephews.
Born Nov. 8, 1944, in Henderson, son of Frank and Dortha Jackson Gibbs, he attended school in Belleville and Adams.
He worked on several farms and guard jobs. Neil enjoyed building and anything that required physical work he was a fan of the Yankees and never missed a game. He was a family man who did anything he could to help anyone and will be dearly loved and missed!
