Dwight Lawrence Obituary

Watertown - Dwight C. Lawrence, 55, formerly of Lorraine, NY passed away Saturday February 22nd at the Claxton Hepburn Medical Center in Ogdensburg after battling cancer.  Calling hours are Thursday February 27 from 6:30-7:30 pm at the Piddock Funeral Home, Adams. There will be no funeral service or burial at this time.  Born November 19,1958 in Watertown, he was the son of James and Caroline Lawrence. He graduated from South Jefferson Central School. Following school he worked for the town of Lorraine Highway Department and also for Rods Big M in Adams.  He enjoyed woodworking, building projects, and carpentry work for friends and family. He also enjoyed camping and fishing in his free time.  Mr. Lawrence is survived by his companion Valerie Kritzer, Watertown; his four daughters: Dawn (Jerry) Coffman, Christie (Randy) Quintal, Tara Lawrence, and Tonya Lawrence; six grandchildren; one brother Oren (Carrie) Lawrence and one niece and nephew.  Donations in his memory may be made to the Richard E. Winter Cancer Center, 5 Lyon Place, Ogdensburg, NY 13669. Condolences may be left at www.piddockfuneralhome.com
